Dr. Janice McMillan has been in practice in Chesterfield County for 29 years. She completed her B.A. at Albion College, and her M.A. at Michigan State University. Following graduate work toward her Ph.D. at the University of Colorado, and the University of Iowa, she completed her degree at the University of Virginia. Dr. McMillan is licensed in Virginia as an LPC, and an LMFT, is a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. She has been an Adjunct Professor in the counseling programs at both the University of Virginia and Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. McMillan was appointed to the Virginia Board of Counseling for 8 years, serving two years as chair.
