Steven W. Noles, Psy.D.
Steven W. Noles is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Sports Psychologist. He obtained his Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) Degree from the Virginia Consortium for Professional Psychology in 1983. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Noles works with serious athletes and maintains a website for “serious and dedicated athletes” at www.HeadsUpSports.com. Additionally, Dr. Noles is a member of the staff at the University of Richmond (where he graduated in 1979) and serves as the Learning Disabilities Consultant at Hampden - Sydney College. Following 5 years as a US Navy staff psychologist working with the submarine fleet and the aviation community, Dr. Noles established a private practice in Richmond, Virginia. In 1995, he joined Dominion Behavioral Healthcare and became a partner in 1996.
Dr. Noles has a varied practice with a broadly defined focus on individual performance enhancement and works with the following type of individuals:
